The Ministry for European Integration (MEI) of Montenegro, as the national coordinator of two transnational programmes, South East Europe Space and Mediterranean, under II component of IPA (Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance) invites applicants for short term (7 months with possible extension) position of Task Manager.

Responsibilities:

 - Promotion of SEE and MED transnational programmes in the country;

 - Cooperation with organizations, institutions and network relevant for the objectives of the programmes;

 - Support the application process for all operations, including information and advice to applicants in understanding application forms and formulating relevant project proposals

 - Support in the implementation of the funded projects by providing training and advice to the grantees for the successful completion of the projects, such as implementation and reporting manuals, instructions, consultancy, etc.;

 - Monitoring of projects implemented by grant beneficiaries (preparation and participation in monitoring visits; preparation of monitoring reports)

 - Organising various events as required (conferences, meetings, etc.);

 - Administrative and logistic assistance to the Operating Structure, Joint Technical Secretariats and Managing Authorities;

Requirements:

 - University degree in public administration, economics, business administration, law or another relevant field;

 - Good communication skills;

 - Excellent written and spoken English;

 - Team player;

 - Excellent computer skills;

 - A minimum of 3 years experience in project preparation, implementation and/or monitoring and evaluation;

 - Experience in project management (EU funded or other international-donor funding);

 - Experience in budget planning, management and reporting;

 - Knowledge of the Montenegrin legal system and procurement procedures (preferably EU) would be an asset;

 - Applicants cannot be civil servants.
