Service for General Affairs is responsible for performing the tasks relating to: organizing, unifying and directing work in the sector; preparing the administrative act on organization and job classification of employees, and other acts regulating separate issues that are significant for internal relations and work of the Secretariat; drafting decisions and executing other activities related to employees relations; keeping personnel and registry records; issuing certificates and other documents, executing final decisions; administrative-technical activities for the needs of the Secretariat, typewriting activities, writing-office and archive activities; keeping and usage of seals and signets; translating; providing relevant reference books and other library material; particular stewards office activities; collecting, preparing data for particular information system databases; updating database; technical updating of the internet presentation of the Secretariat; courier activities, photocopying documents; public procurement under special authorization; accountancy-financial activities related to drafting financial plan and preliminary calculation of the funds for the work of the Secretariat; monitoring their execution and taking care of annual balance sheet draft; preparing and processing bookkeeping documentation; keeping business records; keeping register in accordance with the Guidelines on State Treasury Work; keeping records and monitoring revenues and other incomes; expenditures and other expenses, assets, claims and liabilities; preparing data for the purpose of drafting financial statements; data harmonization with the data from supporting books; financial management tasks, collecting and investing public funds; preparing Accounting list for employees salary accounts and other personal incomes, daily allowances account and disbursement for business trips; conducting cashier activities, conducting cashiers books; bookkeeping harmonization with the real conditions and other bookkeeping activities; verification of accuracy and validity of the proposal and requirement for payments from public funds and other public funds management; and other administrative-technical activities and other operative activities necessary for efficient work of the Secretariat.
