The first set of questions and answers in relation to the first Call for proposals for IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Croatia-Montenegro, 2007-2013 is approved by the Contracting Authority, Delegation of the European Commission to Montenegro.
Please note, according to the Guidelines for Applicants: "Questions may in addition be sent by e-mail or by fax only in English language no later than 21 days before the deadline for the submission of applications". After this date no further clarifications can be provided by the Contracting Authority.
